Workshop guidelines

The accepted papers are presented and discussed in one of the 7 workshops.

Workshop chairs

• Each workshop has one or more chair (s). They select participants, plan the daily activities of the workshop and are responsible for ensuring that papers are circulated within the group well in advance.
• The workshop chairs organize the presentation and discussions of papers
• Thematically related workshops whose number of participants is small may be merged.

Participation and languages

• Participants are urged to attend every session of their workshop. Only exceptionally,and with the permission of the workshop leaders, participants may split time between different workshops
• The workshops will be conducted in a generally informal and interactive manner.
• Danish, Norwegian and Swedish may be spoken during the workshop sessions. If any of the participants wishes to present their paper and receive comments in English it should be possible. English-only workshops may, if considered necessary, be established.
