Prices quoted are per room per night and include accommodation, buffet breakfast, hotel service charge and value added tax (VAT). All hotel reservations will be made on first-come, first-served basis and to secure accommodation of your choice, we encourage you to register as early as possible.

Please note:

Hotel rooms must be booked by the participants themselves. 

Booking can be made both by calling hotel, tel 0045 98138400 and by sending an e-mail: hhh-aalborg(at)helnan.dk.

Please make sure to provide the booking code NEK-AAU for the agreed price.

You are free choose whether to pay in advance or pay on arrival at the hotel.

If you need the bill electronically please note this when booking. Be sure to have the address and EAN number ready.

General conditions

Please indicate when booking if arrival at the hotel is scheduled after 14:00.

The regular checkout time is 11:00.
