Registration fees

Conference fee

Member of National Evaluation Association: DKK 3200
Non-member of National Evaluation Association: DKK 3600
Ph.D.-students: DKK 2800

Conference dinner for accompanying person: DKK 500

The conference fee includes: participation in the conference; conference material; lunches and coffees; City walk at Aalborg City; and Conference Dinner

Payment

(1) Credit card. If you want to make the payment by credit card, your card will be charged directly when you register. You can use Visa/Dankort, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and American Express.

(2) For Danish public institutions: it is possible to pay via EAN-number. Please fill in this number when you register online and you will receive an electronic invoice from the conference secretariat.

Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to you by e-mail when the payment is received.

Cancellation

Cancellations should be made by e-mail or fax to the conference secretariat

Cancellation fees

The full amount will be refunded if cancellation is made no later than 1st May 2012. The full amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 25% if cancellatlion is made in the period 1st May - 1st June 2012. 

No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. (Booked services that are not used or events that are not visited will not be compensated, not even in case of late arrival or early departure).
